Last year I was introduced to celery juice by my dentist, oddly enough. And once I started introducing celery juice into my diet, there has been no going back.
Last year my dentist and I were talking about overall health issues (yes my dentists believes your mouth health is a great indicator of our general health AND believes in natural health methods) and she mentioned I look into celery juice. This is where I went down the rabbit whole of celery juice and jump right onto the celery juicing train! I tried to make my own but, no one has time for that! It was messy and took way too much time! So when I found SUJA I kissed my juicer goodbye!
Every morning I start with the 10.5 oz of SUJA Celery Juice. Then I move onto a glass of warm lemon water and then have my coffee. Let me tell you my little trick for getting used to drinking your greens, straws. If it’s your first time having any green juice you might want to start drinking it with a straw. Don’t worry, you will get used to it and eventually LOVE the flavor! I highly recommend trying the DETOX. Colette even loves this one, the mint is mildly sweet and smooth.
