Last night I was accompanied my blogger babe friend Laura (@louellareese) to the QC Exclusive cocktail event at Fahrenheit restaurant. This was my first time going to Fahrenheit, so I was excited to try the food, wine, and enjoy the view of Charlotte! But before I get to that I have to share my Walmart fashion find!
While I was running in to grab some diapers for Wesley, I spotted this dress (and I was like no, wait no). Since I’ve never shopped or even tried on Walmart’s clothing before I quickly tried it on and was surprised by how well it fit!! This High Low Off The Shoulder Maxi Dress comes in black, green, pink, and teal! It’s only $16 (we know it’s not sustainable and definitely fast fashion).
How to wear it
It has a double ruffle off the shoulder top shelf, elastic waist and ruffle high low hemline. An effortlessly beautiful piece to dress up or down this season. Pair with dainty jewelry accents, heeled sandals and a clutch for a night out look! Or put on a big floppy hat and flats to hit the beach. Onto the event
It was another hot 95 degree night, so this dress was perfect to hit the Fahrenheit roof top bar in. There is also a lot of flow so I kept eating without having to worry about my food baby showing. As you can see, all the Charlotte blogger babes were wearing dresses that were perfect for this kind of weather!

So next time you’re in Charlotte looking for a spot to enjoy dinner, drinks, the views make sure you go to Fahrenheit! Make sure you order the hush puppies and fried shrimp! Wash it all down with a nice cold glass of Sauv. Blanc (they have the prettiest wine glasses I wanted to take one home with me). I’ll definitely be back to try the full menu. Oh and if you drive there, make sure you hit the Valet Parking as it’s only $10.
